or genetic information, some aspects of biometric information, etc. In rare circumstances and depending on the products and/or Services

What About Your Payment Data? ARA may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as
your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All

Whenever our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook
or Twitter logins) and you choose to do so, ARA will receive certain profile information about you from your social
media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name,
email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform. If
you log in using Facebook, ARA may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as your
friends, check-ins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny ARA access to each individual permission.
ARA will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or that are
otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your Personal
Information by your third-party social media provider. ARA recommends that you review their privacy notice to understand
how they collect, use, and share your Personal Information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.
IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: ARA does not currently transfer, store, maintain, and process your Personal Information in countries other than the United
States of America; our servers are located in the United States of America.
Beginning in mid-2023, along with the entire family of Client Websites, Americans Restoring America will be migrating
the Site, including databases and content, to newer, faster, reliable, ultra-secure, freedom-of-speech web hosting service provider in Iceland
where ARA maintains its new, private, Dedicated Servers.
The Icelandic service provider is one of the few companies using highly-sophisticated DDoS protection methods to mitigate possible attacks toward
our Site. Their system is designed to protect our Site against all types of service exhaustion attacks and they guarantee their capability to mitigate
attacks up to 250Gb/second. They have a mitigation team on duty around the clock to monitoring our Site.
Sunsequent to the 2023 migration, Americans Restoring America will transfer, store, maintain, and process your Personal Information only in
Iceland, which is known for its outstanding laws of privacy in the web hosting industry.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: ARA keeps your Personal Iformation for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy
Policy unless otherwise required by law.
Americans Restoring America will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill purposes set out in this Privacy
Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in
this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your Personal Information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account
or twelve (12) months past the start of the idle period of the User's account.
When ARA has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize
such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then
ARA will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: ARA aims to protect your Personal Information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
Americans Restoring America has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the
security of any Personal Information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission
over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so ARA cannot promise or guarantee
that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or
modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our
Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: ARA does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
Americans Restoring America does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent
that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If
ARA learns that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, ARA will
deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal

recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, ARA does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any
other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in
the future, ARA will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your Personal Information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits ARA users who are California residents

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted
data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact details provided in the Section

the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. ARA will make sure the data is not
publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g., backups,

Verification process
Upon receiving your request, ARA will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have
the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you
have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can
match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or
email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
ARA will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your
identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your
